Come and move your body with community pilates classes for every body. My classes are lighthearted and easygoing, I encourage you to connect with both your body and mind and move in a way that makes you feel good.
I teach weekly Dynamic, Restorative, and Express Pilates classes in the Herne Hill, Dulwich, and Brixton areas. Classes are also live streamed, so you can join virtually if you prefer.
I’m also running a 6-week postnatal course called Movement for Mothers (see below for details). I currently have a waitlist for Pregnancy Pilates classes, so if you’d like to be added to the list, please email me and I will notify you when I am able to run those classes again
DYNAMIC PILATES
This is a mixed level, flowing and dynamic class suitable for anyone who would like to improve overall strength, challenge flexibility, find better alignment and strengthen deep postural muscles. Dynamic Pilates classes are purposefully designed to be energetic, varied and engaging. Each session will focus on moving mindfully and balancing strength with flexibility, helping to find harmony in both body and mind.
Restorative pilates
This is a mixed level flowing and mindful movement class, perfect for those new to pilates, anyone suffering from back pain or for people looking to recover from injuries. Sessions are low-impact and designed to improve your overall strength, stability, alignment and posture. They are healing sessions that will leave you feeling strong, balanced and calm. Helping you move better and feel better for life.
Express PILATES
This is a 40min focused and flowing class that is perfect for those a little shorter on time. It’s a mixed level class, suitable for anyone who would like to improve overall strength, challenge flexibility, find better alignment and strengthen deep postural muscles. This lunchtime express class will leave you feeling strong, balanced and calm with a focus on helping you move better and feel better for the rest of the day and for life.
Postnatal PILATES
Join our new Movement for Mothers course. A gentle, supportive 6-week postnatal course designed for mums and their babies. Each week alternates between Postnatal Pilates (with me) and Postnatal Yoga (with Michele of Michele M Yoga), giving you the perfect balance of strength, stretch, and relaxation. This course focuses on rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength, improving posture, and easing the physical strains of early motherhood — all while bonding with your baby. Come as you are, move at your own pace, and enjoy an hour of connection, recovery, and community.

Please note: Pre-booking is required for all in person and virtual classes and 8 hours notice is required to cancel your class booking, or else you will be charged.
Please note: Your place is for the full 6-week block. If you need to miss a week, please let us know and while we're sorry we can’t offer you a refund, we are very happy for you to offer your place to another postnatal mum friend.
