Reframe Pilates

Hello and welcome to Reframe Pilates, with Holly Inverarity. I teach pilates and mindful movement for every body. My classes and sessions are lighthearted and easygoing, I encourage you to connect to your body and move in a way that makes you feel good. I have been teaching pilates and movement for over 12 years and I have a specialisation in pre and postnatal exercise and rehabilitation and general women’s health and wellness. My goal is to help everyone learn how to move better and feel better for life.

Join the Reframe Pilates Community. I run weekly community classes in Herne Hill/Brixton/Dulwich. You can also join any of these classes online, if you prefer to move your body from the comfort of your home. I am available for private sessions, either as home visits or online. Whether you are looking to deepen your understanding of your body, assist in rehabilitation or challenge your movement potential, my classes and sessions will get you moving your body mindfully and balance strength with flexibility — achieving harmony and freedom in both body and mind.

Online Memberships

 

Online classes from my heart and my home to yours. Choose from Dynamic Pilates, Restorative Pilates or Strong As A Mother memberships, there is one for every body. Memberships include fresh, pre-recorded classes each week, access to a library of 50+ on demand videos, join any of the weekly live online classes and you can always schedule a 15min online check-in with me, so I can support you in your pilates journey. Bring a little bit of mindful movement joy straight to your home – giving you the time to move, stretch, strengthen, breathe, and connect.
